A 15-year-old male juvenile has been charged with one felony count of vehicular hijacking, according to the Chicago Police Department.
The arrest occurred yesterday, October 19, for the incident that took place earlier this year, on August 9.
The offender, potentially working with accomplices, allegedly hijacked a vehicle from a 24-year-old female in the 400 Block of N. Orleans St.
The suspect was located and arrested by the Vehicular Hijacking Task Force on S. Hamilton Ave. The circumstances leading to this minor's involvement in illegal activity remain undetermined.
