On October 10th, 2023, Cook County Sheriff's Police discovered an open bottle of alcohol and a loaded firearm in a vehicle pulled over for speeding in Chicago's 6th Police District, as per a Facebook report from the Cook County Sheriff's Office. The firearm had previously been reported stolen in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and the driver had no license for its possession.
According to the report, the driver was charged with a felony.
