Mark Pinnock, a 32-year-old man from Boston, confessed today to attempting to intimidate a victim, whom he had exposed himself to, into silence. On top of this, it was revealed that during the time of this incident, he was under federal watch due to prior offenses related to sex trafficking.

A previous conviction of Pinnock in 2014 led him to serve an eight-year jail term for sex trafficking crimes. In 2022 he got his freedom back and under federal observation, Pinnock started employment as an Amazon delivery driver.

While still under supervision in July of the same year, Pinnock reportedly indecently exposed himself to a woman whilst delivering a package to her condo complex, where she was employed as a custodian. Following this report, the U.S. Probation Office moved to revoke his supervised release, leading to a court hearing.

As things progressed, Pinnock decided to take drastic measures. He dispatched a co-conspirator to the victim's workplace a week before the hearing to deter her from attending court. He also utilized an encrypted messaging app for sending an anonymous message, informing the complex security officer of a supposed threat of arrest by immigration officials that the custodian would face if she participated in court proceedings. Additionally, Pinnock made three separate phony calls to immigration officials attempting in having the victim detained.
