
Yesterday, Chula Vista mobile home park in California was the scene of a deadly shooting. CBS 8 reported the incident that left one person dead and another injured.
Around 5:33 p.m., an officer was flagged down nearby on Broadway and Palomar St. by an injured driver. The driver, with non-life-threatening injuries, reported he and an unconscious passenger had been shot. The officer administered emergency aid until medical personnel arrived to transport the victims to the hospital. Tragically, the passenger did not survive.
As the investigation continued, Fox 5 San Diego reported that authorities surrounded a residence in Brentwood Park with a potential link to the shooting. At this time, no suspect has been identifed.
