On October 16, a routine day on Starr Road was disrupted by a two-vehicle collision. A pickup truck, driven by 35-year-old Daniel Seferino Ramirez, collided with a sedan and a power pole, causing considerable damage but no apparent injuries, according to Windsor Police.
Deputies on the scene observed Ramirez displaying signs of alcohol influence. Further investigation showed his blood alcohol content (BAC) to be .178%, significantly above California's legal limit of .08% as reported by the police.
