
On Wednesday, October 18th, a 52-year-old Brazilian national, wanted in Brazil for aggravated homicide of a minor, was apprehended by the Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Boston, as confirmed by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

The fugitive had been residing illegally in the U.S. since May 2021, following his apprehension by U.S. Border Patrol near San Luis, Arizona.
After his release with an obligation to appear at a future immigration hearing, to failed report according to ICE.
ERO Boston initiated and completed an investigation following information about his potential presence in their jurisdiction, leading to his arrest.
