A multi-vehicle crash claimed a life and caused two minor injuries in Chicopee, Massachusetts, yesterday. The mishap transpired before 9 p.m. on the 600 block of Chicopee Street according to WWLP.
The casualties were confirmed by a Chicopee police spokesperson. The injured were rushed for treatment to the Holyoke Medical Center as disclosed by Western Mass News.
Post the accident, authorities closed off a part of the road to manage the traffic situation in the area between Hope Street and Meadow Street. It remained closed for a while as indicated by Western Mass News. The police advised the public to take alternative routes.
