
Retail theft continues to challenge the Bay Area, with a recent case highlighting the problem. Yesterday, authorities apprehended a gang involved in organized retail theft. Their haul included recreational beverages valued at $1,000.
Based on the Facebook report by the South San Francisco Police Department, authorities were tipped off about a vehicle linked to the theft. Rapidly and thoroughly, they searched South Airport Boulevard, tracking down the vehicle and person of interest.
Arresting the primary suspect led to the capture of two more accomplices who unexpectedly showed up. This consequently resolved the crime and ensured their arrest.
