In Roxbury, a late-night traffic stop led to the arrest of 18-year-old Edwin Santos and 20-year-old Juan Medina. Both men were charged with firearm-related violations yesterday. Police at District B-2 (Roxbury) stopped a vehicle for a faulty tail light, which led to their recovery of an American Tactical M1911 handgun, according to the Boston Police Department.
Upon arraignment in Roxbury District Court, Santos and Medina will face charges of unlawful firearm and ammunition possession, according to Boston Police Department.
