In Hartford, Connecticut, an attempted robbery disarrayed the usual Monday morning routine at the Hot Corner Market on Albany Avenue leaving two employees to fight for their lives, according to WWLP.
Three masked individuals broke in, disbursed gunfire, and subsequently escaped.
The victims, two employees in their 40s and 50s, endured the assault and are hospitalised, now in stable condition, reports NBC Connecticut.
The identities of the attackers, still at large, continue to elude authorities.
