The Partnership's oversight is Quentin Palfrey's responsibility as the Director of Federal Funds and Infrastructure, whose role is to galvanize a cohesive strategy to secure federal resources. Palfrey believes equipping local governments is critical, given the central principle of their plan revolves around securing federal aid. With assistance from the Biden Administration's infrastructural, climate resilience, and workforce development investments, tribes and communities throughout the state can more readily avail themselves of crucial resources.
In collaboration with the Regional Planning Associations (RPAs) and the Massachusetts Municipal Association (MMA), the monthly Partnership meetings propose staying current with recently instituted grant programs and connecting with additional resources. The resources provided by state agencies, MMA, and RPAs aim to propel federal funding applications on behalf of communities and tribes.
