However, there were no reported injuries directly from the incident.
Due to the unfavorable conditions, officers struggled to pinpoint the assailant upon arriving at the scene.
Evidence collected suggests that the crime was orchestrated at Regatta Boulevard's onramp to westbound I-580. Witnesses identified that the vehicle involved in the incident was a two-door brown Infiniti sedan.
