The program is designed to provide financial and technical support to eligible businesses across unincorporated communities. The successful completion of the project was marked by the grand reopening of Menos Barbershop in City Terrace today. A staple in the local community since 1984, Menos Barbershop has been proudly serving generations of patrons in the East Los Angeles area.

The program is not merely about giving businesses a physical facelift, but to promote economic growth and community development. The improvements are designed to draw more customers, which will consequently increase consumer traffic.
