Adapting to changing trends in the food industry, the Lebanese restaurant Fairouz in West Roxbury is shifting its focus from restaurant service to catering. Established in 2014, Fairouz announced the move on October 31st, 2023, via an announcement by owner Basem Metri.
Having taken charge from his father Fadi, Metri expressed his gratitude to both customers and his committed team. Metri credits the success of their catering operations, which include successful services to notable clientele like movie sets and Boston's professional sports teams, as a reason to completely shift their focus. Amidst this transformation, Metri continues celebrating its contribution to introducing the flavors of Lebanon proudly to West Roxbury and its neighboring areas. He believes the catering service for future events will continue to bring their authentic Lebanese taste.
