Hector Acevedo, a Level 3 sex offender, pled guilty on October 11, 2023, to receiving child pornography from a minor he solicited over TikTok.
According to the Department of Justice, Acevedo solicited a minor on TikTok and coerced the victim into sexual conduct via video chat.
Having previously been convicted for multiple sexual exploitation offenses, Acevedo could face a prison term of 15 to 40 years for his latest offense.
