In an inspiring incident, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department (LASD) teamed up with non-profit organization LASD Motorsports to create a meaningful experience for a 12-year-old autistic boy, Joshua. The boy's dream was to bring happiness to other children in the hospital, and this initiative warmed the hearts of everyone involved.
The LASD detailed Joshua's wish reveal on their Facebook page. It was indicated that the Kids Wish Network was instrumental to in making Joshua's dream a reality. Joshua and his family will be taken on an all-expense-paid trip to Disneyland and Universal Studios. They also will be treated to some exquisite dining experiences.
Furthering their acts of kindness, Joshua's family has started an initiative to spread positivity and happiness, named "Joshua's Joyful Giving". To following their initiative on Instagram at @joshuas_joyful_giving. With the assistance of LASD and their nonprofit arm, Joshua has made strides towards realizing his dream, casting a light on the potential for good in our global society.
