This morning, the Lowell Police Department reported that 21-year-old Delvin Jacob Dixon, is missing from the Centralville locale in Lowell.
Recognizable by his 5'2" stature, thin build, brown eyes, and short brown hair, Mr. Dixon was last seen wearing a blue Puma t-shirt, sweatpants or pajama pants, and camouflage-patterned Nike sneakers, according to Lowell Police Department.
