Yesterday, Lowell Police Department has reported 17-year-old Gelvanio Da Silva missing.
Lowell Police Department released information about the case through their social media page, describing Da Silva as a light-skinned, skinny young man, with black, curly hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen in the Appleton Street area with a red and a blue backpack.
