In a startling incident in Marshfield, Massachusetts, David Planchard, 66, allegedly fired shots at neighboring houses from his porch in an inebriated state. The police, on receiving a concerning call from a local resident, arrived at Planchard's residence around 8 pm on Monday, October 23. The caller reported seeing flashing lights and hearing gunshots emanating from 4 Foster Ave, where Planchard lives, according to Boston.com. While the officers were sifting through the property, another neighbor reported gunshot sounds to the police. Officers discovered an empty firearm magazine on the kitchen table and two unsecured Sig Sauer handguns in a kitchen drawer during a protective sweep.
