Details from the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office note that Eric faces three counts of first-degree murder for the deaths of Kassandra Sweeney, aged 25, and her children Benjamin and Mason, in their Northfield home on August 3, 2022. Furthermore, Eric has been indicted with an additional count for falsifying physical evidence.
