With a height of 5'6'' and weighing 350 pounds, Givens, is a 46-year-old Caucasian woman distinguished by her blonde hair and blue eyes. In addition, her family has expressed concern due to her mental health challenges, although she was reported to be physically in good condition, according to the police.
The Oakland Police Department has urged anyone with potential knowledge of Givens' whereabouts to contact their Missing Persons Unit at 510-238-3641.
