Caltrans officials confirm that Stage 1, Phase 1, and Phase 2 of the freeway project are under progress, with the completion expected by March 2024. As the project advances, the following limitations are in place:
- Reduced to two lanes for northbound traffic from Technology Dr to Ave I
- Restricted to one lane for northbound traffic from Ave I to Ave A
- Reduced to two lanes for southbound traffic from Ave H to Technology Dr
- Closure of inside shoulder and fast lane
