Yesterday, Luis Morales, 21, was arrested in Petaluma, California, on charges of felony assault causing serious bodily injury, assault on a juvenile, and burglary. The Petaluma Police Department identified the 21-year-old as their suspect with the help of their Community Impact Response Team (CIRT), Gang Enforcement Team, and Crime Scene Investigation (CSI) Unit.
