The Halloween holiday spirit in Pittsburg has been marred by a spate of thefts. An unknown individual was caught pilfering decorations and parcels from residents’ porches. In response, the Pittsburg Police Department shared images of the suspected thief on their official Facebook page.
The Pittsburg Police Department has also requested residents to share any relevant surveillance footage, urging them to utilize the non-emergency contact line.
To effectively deter porch pirates, residents are utilizing visible surveillance and doorbell cameras.
