Condos range from one-to-three-bedroom units, with prices spanning from $1.3 million to $14 million. The building will include an 11th floor one-acre park complete with walkways, green spaces, and a pet-friendly dog run as stated in CBS News report.
The Ritz-Carlton Residences' sales gallery has just opened to public. According to Sue Hawkes, managing director of The Collaborative Companies, early buyers have the flexibility to select unit locations and interior finishes. This coupled with the prestige of the Ritz-Carlton brand has sparked interest among potential buyers, leading to an expanding pre-sales launch waitlist, according to Boston.com report.
Adding to the allure of the condominium, the South Station Tower project, it is contributing to the expansion and improvement of the Governor Michael S. Dukakis Transportation Center and retail space, and will result an additional 895 parking spots. There will be enhancements to the Commuter Rail Terminal, a capacity increase for the bus terminal, and an enlarged outdoor concourse area. The project kicked off with a groundbreaking ceremony in January 2022, as reported by CBS News.
