The "return to normal" resumption of Fall Festival activities comes following a year of restricted outdoor gatherings and public events due to the pandemic; providing a safe way for San Diego residents to enjoy the Halloween season and reconnect community-wide.
To enjoy, don't miss the Balboa Park Spooktacular at Palisades Plaza, on Saturday, October 28 which offers a range of activities satisfying all ages.
San Diego's Parks and Recreation Department, which manages over 400 parks, 60 recreation centers, and three golf courses, has a long history of organizing such events, demonstrating its commitment to engaging and constructing for the community.
