
A police officer trainee and her field training officer in Santa Rosa, California, responded to a suspicious vehicle parked in Santa Rosa Marketplace.
Upon investigating, they discovered the driver was in possession of a variety of narcotics, paraphernalia, and multiple pieces of identification not belonging to him, according to the Santa Rosa Police Department.
The man was detained and placed into the Sonoma County Jail, facing numerous charges including felony possession of ID cards not in his name, possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, and possession of narcotic controlled substances.
