Earlier today, a rapid response by the Worcester Police Department led to the swift apprehension of a robbery suspect at a Park Ave 7-Eleven store.
The department's press release identified the suspect as Trezor Twakiramungu, aged 28 of Howe St. Charged with unarmed robbery, the items taken were returned to the store.
Witnesses reported that the suspect entered the store and began shoplifting, before assaulting the store clerk with several punches to the face.
