Today, a gun-related incident occurred on the 6400 block of North Artesian Ave. in Chicago. Chicago Police reports that an 18-year-old male unintentionally harmed himself and a 17-year-old male with a handgun.
The bullet first grazed the older male's groin before striking the younger male in the leg.
Both victims were transferred to hospitals, with the older male going to St. Francis Hospital and the younger self-transporting to Swedish hospital.
Authorities put both in good condition. Area Three detectives are now to investigate this case.
