The untimely death of a 16-year-old boy due to gun violence occurred in a parking lot near the 1900 block of E. 87th St. yesterday.
The teen was shot in his back and right leg and was pronounced dead at Comer Children's Hospital, according to Chicago Police Department.
Area Two Detectives are investigating.
