Yesterday, a tragic event occurred in the suburban community of El Cajon, where two teenagers, aged 16 and 18, died in a supposed gang-related shooting at a neighborhood party. The incident unfolded on the 700 block of Mahogany Drive. Local authorities are currently investigating the case which took place at a short-term rental property, according to the El Cajon Police Department.

Detectives conducting the investigation discovered that the incident occurred during a large house party hosted at a short-term rental property. Preliminary findings indicate that both victims were targeted outside the residence, where they were confronted and subsequently shot by an assailant. The suspect fled the scene on.
