
This morning, an individual tragically fell from 100 Summer Street, a high-rise building in Boston's Financial District. The incident took place just before 8 a.m. The Boston Police Department and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) are investigating the cause, as cited by Boston 25 News and NBC Boston.
The Boston Police Department spokesperson revealed the victim fell a considerable distance, however, further details are yet to be clarified. The victim's identity has not been disclosed.
The 32-story building, one of the tallest in Boston, stretches up to 450 feet and encompasses 1.1 million square feet of office space, as reported by NBC Boston. Following the incident, the area around the building was cordoned off.
