Earlier today, Tuckahoe, New York resident, Jason Lebberes, admitted to drug and arms trafficking in federal court in Boston.

As reported by the United States Attorney’s Office, District of Massachusetts, he was found guilty of distributing more than 50 grams of methamphetamine, transferring a firearm to an out-of-state resident, and transferring a machine gun. Lebberes' sentencing is scheduled for January 17, 2024.

From his residence, a wide range of weaponry was seized, including both standard and privately manufactured firearms, or "ghost guns." Without the possibility for authorities to trace them, these ghost guns pose a significant risk.

A particularly noteworthy piece of evidence was a "Glock switch" sold by Lebberes. This device can turn a firearm into a fully automatic weapon, enhancing its potential for harm. Investigations unraveled numerous sales of Glock switches to different buyers.
