Jeremy Greer, 43, a former HASC member, was handed an 84-month jail term for his involvement in HASC's racketeering conspiracy, including numerous violent assaults, robberies, and witness intimidation.
Meanwhile, Merl Hefferman, a 54-year-old Fresno Hells Angels member, received 48-month imprisonment for arranging the illegal cremation of Joel Silva's body, a former HASC member killed by fellow members at the Fresno Hells Angels clubhouse.
You have to credit the FBI Task Force officers and the Special Agents, including officers from the Santa Rosa Police Department and the California Highway Patrol, for their vital role in ensuring these individuals are held responsible for their crimes.
In this case alone, five out of 10 convictions have resulted, consisting of separate jury verdicts and guilty pleas. Additionally, five former presidents of three Hells Angels charters -Sonoma County, Fresno, and Salem (Boston)- were also convicted, according to the Department of Justice.
