A 25-year-old man was shot earlier today while on a Chicago sidewalk, suffering gunshot wounds in both thighs.
He was reported to be in good condition after being transported to Rush hospital.
The victim did not cooperate with the police and refused to answer any questions.
No one is in custody and Area Three detectives are investigating.
