Alejandro Ramos, 22, and Johnluis Sanchez, 30, have been identified as the two suspects related to yesterday's horrific case in which a brazen daytime shooting severely injured a pregnant woman who was forced to go into premature labor as a result. The infant later died. Ramos and Sanchez, both Holyoke residents, face murder charges.
Per Hoodline Boston's earlier reporting, the pregnant woman became an unfortunate collateral damage during a public bus altercation in Holyoke, Massachusetts. Following an exchange of gunfire between three men, a stray bullet caused grave harm. The woman gave birth prematurely due to her injuries, but the child did not survive.
Additional charges are under consideration as the investigation continues. Ramos has been arraigned, while Sanchez is hospitalized.
A third associated figure remains unidentified and uncharged currently, according to the Boston Herald.
