The identities of the deceased are not yet confirmed, prompting speculation of a possible link with Solomon and White's disappearance.
Maj. Dan Trudeau, Vermont State Police Criminal Division Commander, has reported complications in the investigation, including a large number of persons of interest and limited cooperation. Vermont has witnessed five unsolved homicides in October. NECN reported that the identity of the people found dead, as well as the cause and manner of their deaths, are still unknown.
