Yesterday, around 3:45 a.m., Worcester Police handled a call about a stolen vehicle on Belmont Street. The missing vehicle, a white Nissan Frontier, triggered officers to issue a BOLO (Be On the Lookout) alert. Later, at approximately 10:26 a.m., an observant officer from the Neighborhood Response Team (NRT) spotted the stolen car in the parking lot of Honey Farms on Lincoln Street, reported the Worcester Police Department.
The driver of the vehicle, identified as Stephen Turner, a 37-year-old resident of Plantation Street, already had two arrest warrants in his name. Turner was arrested and now faces additional charges, including Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.
