Atta Msari, a 21-year-old, is charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon, marking yet another act of violence in the streets of Chicago.
Based on the report from the Chicago Police Department (CPD), Msari was arrested on Wednesday, November 1, after assaulting a 20-year-old male on September 7.
The victim suffered severe injuries after being stabbed in the 5900 block of N. Lincoln Ave.
