Yesterday, Jeremy Kirk was charged by Alameda County District Attorney Pamela Price with numerous felonies concerning multiple alleged acts of child molestation. If convicted, he could face up to 115 years to life in state prison, per the Alameda County District Attorney's Office.
As illustrated in the charges, the instances of alleged molestation in Alameda County spanned from 2008 to 2022. The victims, as outlined in the District Attorney's press release, were believed to be children of Kirk's acquaintances and partners. This grim update follows Kirk's previous convictions, including lewd acts toward a minor in San Joaquin County in 1999 and a statutory rape conviction in 1996.
In response to the charges, District Attorney Pamela Price remarked, "Innocent children are our society's most vulnerable members. My office is pledged to hold those who would harm them accountable."
