On November 1, Boston Police Department's probationary officer and his field training officer were involved in an arrest during a patrol in Mattapan, 1631 Blue Hill Avenue.
The arrested party was Raquan Baker-Parham, a 28-year-old from Brockton, who was recognized by the officers for his outstanding warrant, according to the Boston Police Department.
While trying to engage with the suspect safely, a struggle broke out. The police found a loaded extended magazine with 28 rounds on Baker-Parham and successfully recovered a stolen Glock 43X amid the incident, as reported by the Boston Police Department.
