DeFilippo Park in downtown Boston is the recent location of an incident. Detectives of District A-1 are seeking public assistance in their investigations. A surveillance camera captured a suspect who absconded with camera gear. Boston law enforcement officials have released the suspect's image and are asking for help identifying him. The suspect is described as a light-skinned man, with a heavy build, sporting short hair, a dark, waist-length jacket, blue pants, and hiking boots. "The suspect is observed putting the camera equipment around his neck and then closes the jacket over it to conceal it," the police report stated.
According to the Boston Police Department's community alert, the suspect was last seen on Prince St, he was moving towards Commercial St and then turned left onto La Fayette Ave. Detectives are examining the facts of this case stringently. Despite the comprehensive reach to of law enforcement and public, identifying the suspect remains as a-hanging-by-a-thread likelihood.
Community members are urged to cooperate to ensure such crimes are not left unanswered. The Boston Police Department guarantees anonymity to those who want to aid in their investigations subtly.
