To achieve, the diverse housing needs of families and individuals across financial tiers, Morton Station Village includes 28 rental apartments and 12 condos for income-restricted homeownership. Catering to individuals and families with incomes within 30% to 100% of the Area Median Income (AMI), said the Boston government website.

Morton Station Village's strategic situation besides the Fairmount Line’s Morton Station MBTA stop enhances accessibility for its residents. Additionally, the development offers a gym, bicycle storage, and a common room for leisure. The establishment also anticipates to include the Steven P. Odom Serenity Garden, which aims to construct in the spring of 2024 as per the official announcement.
