In collaboration with the Boston Ultimate Disc Alliance (BUDA), the Boston Parks and Recreation Department is launching a series of complimentary Ultimate Disc clinics specifically designed for urban youth. Scheduled to launch at Carter Playground Bubble on Columbus Avenue, these Sunday clinics are teeing up to welcome young enthusiasts aged 7 to 14, starting January 7 and carrying through to the 28th.

Kids from grades 3 to 8 can disc around every Sunday morning from 9 to 10 a.m. According to an announcement by the Boston Parks and Recreation Department, the game, formerly known as Ultimate Frisbee, spins a field of team spirit and non-contact fun where players score points by passing the disc to teammates across the opposing end zone.

BUDA's fostering Ultimate in Boston, establishing a foundation for sportsmanship and camaraderie in the young hearts that might just pulsate longer than any vigorous sprint across the field. For more details and a convenient sign-up portal, simply visit boston.gov/sports.
