
On November 5, a significant fire ravaged a high-rise building at 3515 S Cottage Grove in Chicago. According to the Chicago Fire Department Media's Twitter, the blaze escalated to the 7th floor and upgraded to a 2-11 alarm fire. The intensity of this incident necessitated a still and box alarm, in addition to an EMS Plan 1 response, sending several emergency squads to the location.
