On Thursday, November 16, Chicago Police Department charged Jesse Richardson, 50, with aggravated battery and other offenses following a violent incident. As noted by the Chicago Police Department, Richardson is accused of stabbing and gravely wounding a 19-year-old male and a 44-year-old male on the 2800 block of W. Fullerton Ave.
The legal system has been fundamental in responding to such scenarios and holding the culprits responsible. Case in point, Richardson is currently facing severe felony charges, which include two counts of Agg. Battery/Great Bodily Harm, two counts of Agg. Battery/Use Deadly Weapon, and misdemeanor counts of Agg. Assault/Use Deadly Weapon and Uuw - Weapon - Carry W/ Intent Knife.
