Earlier today, the Chicago Police Department (CPD) announced the arrest of Henry Graham, 49, charged with a single felony count of murder. The charge stems from an incident on June 29 on N. Michigan Ave, Chicago, according to the news release.
According to the CPD's charge release, Graham, an Evanston, Illinois resident, was arrested on October 30, 2023, on S. California Ave. Detectives identified him as the lead suspect in a June assault on a 53-year-old man. The victim later died from his injuries. His detention hearing was scheduled for today at the Cook County Criminal Courthouse.
