Today, two Chicago adolescents, 15 and 16, were prosecuted over a fatal incident involving an 86-year-old victim in the 8100 block of S Throop on September 23.
The younger suspect is facing first-degree murder charges, while the elder is accused of aggravated vehicular hijacking and possessing a stolen vehicle, states the Chicago Police Department.
The young offenders are now under custody and charged accordingly.
