A 74-year-old man was hit by a Dodge Caravan while navigating the south crosswalk at the junction of Pennsylvania Avenue and 6th Avenue in Hillcrest, San Diego. The vehicle was driven by a 79-year-old woman.
The San Diego Police Department Watch Commander's Log reported that the pedestrian suffered a pelvic fracture, a fractured left humerus, and various head lacerations. Fortunately, these injuries are not life-threatening.
