Yesterday, a motorcyclist from Escondido died following a crash with a pickup truck at the Washington Avenue and Rock Springs Road intersection.
According to the Escondido Police Department, the motorcyclist died shortly after being admitted to a local hospital. The victim's identification is pending family notification.
